    Your catering is specially prepared in our private commercial kitchen allowing us more control over ingredients and allergen contamination.

  • Browse through the menus, choose your items then submit an enquiry form. We’ll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your order and clarify any details. Should you not hear from us within that time-frame, please resubmit your form.

  • As much as possible!
    Drop off catering requires no less than 5 days notice.
    Event catering requires no less than 14 days notice in order to book staff and equipment.
    Please be advised that weekends are especially busy and book out well in advance.

  • Your catering will be delivered within a one hour time slot which is advised 24 hours in advance.

  • Yes! All quoted prices are GST inclusive. No nasty surprises!

  • Accepted payment methods are credit card and direct deposit. Details are included on our invoice.

    For drop-off catering, your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received, no less than 4 days before scheduled delivery. Please be advised that until a deposit or full payment is received for any catering, your required day/time may be allocated to another client.

    For on-site event catering, a non-refundable 10% deposit is required to hold the date, with full payment due no less than 10 business days prior to the event.

  • We absolutely understand that life happens and plans change so will be happy to work with you to reschedule your event if possible. A rescheduled date should be within 6 months of the original date. All payments made will be allocated to the new date but please note that any increase in food costs will be passed on.

    Should the order/booking be cancelled, the following refund policy will apply;

    -Notice of 30 days or more, all monies paid will be refunded less deposit.

    -Notice of between 5 and 30 days days or more, 50% of monies paid will be refunded less deposit.

    -Notice of less than 5 days, no refund is due.

  • For drop-off catering, final guest numbers should be advised no less than 5 days before scheduled delivery.
    For event catering, no less than 10 days before the event.

  • Red Squirrel Catering supplies qualified and insured staffing to ensure your event is perfect. Number of staff will depend on your guest number, size and complexity of your menu, and access to appropriate kitchen facilities. Details will be included in your quote.

  • We take food safety extremely seriously and as such, do not deliver warm food (with the exception of Elude Escape Rooms being under 5 minutes from the Red Squirrel kitchen)
    Full reheating instructions are always provided where applicable.

  • We certainly can. All requirements must be advised no less than 7 days before any event or catering delivery to allow for operational changes in our kitchen.
    As professional chefs and cooks, we take food intolerances and allergies very, very seriously and undertake regular vocational training. Please be advised that all catering is prepared in our private commercial kitchen which may have traces of wheat, nuts, fish and other allergens. While every care is taken, we cannot be responsible for ingredients and food items introduced to our kitchen which may have been cross-contaminated prior to delivery. We cannot be responsible for any adverse reaction to our food.

  • Red squirrels, like so many species around the world, are being squeezed to extinction by other introduced species. In this case, the common grey squirrel (the equivalent of a Sydney bin chicken) was imported to the UK just over a hundred years ago and have now squeezed out the red squirrel. Growing up in Scotland, they were a common sight but only a few pockets remain now.

  • Red Squirrel Catering delivers across the northern areas of Sydney to an area very roughly bounded by Windsor to the west, Parramatta to the south, and the Northern beaches to the east. Please refer to the map below.

    Drop-off delivery charges are calculated per km from Arcadia;

    0-5km FREE
    (includes Arcadia, Galston, Glenorie, Mid-Dural)

    5-10km $15

    10-15km $20

    15-20km $30

    Greater than 20km is charged at $1.10 per km
